Dark and Cold.

So,
When the sun has left you
To your plight,
In the darkness to dwell forth;
To some place,
To some part of the world,
He gives all his warmth.

Sometimes,
When you’ve given yourself away,
Into the darkness…
-Choiceless or out of free will
Even  the presence,
Of his warm bright light
Would do no difference.

It’s still a world without the sun-
Dark and Cold.

  1. as the fear of the dark envelops you,
    pacified, abandoned you sway
    as the night engulfs you
it takes you for far away

    and then you question
why do we need the light
its the absence of its creation
    that brings true unfathomable delight
