True lie.

To every askance silenced,
And to watch the dance of pretence
To match your will with deed
I saw, to fires what you did feed
And still games do play
Are these lives or dolls of clay?
While we watch and that alone
And clutch onto what’s gone
Why do shadows cry?
Why do dreams die?
And the truth nothing but a deceiving lie!

Walls and hope!

There are limits on the desires for dreams,
Or are there?
Aren’t they just walls, to silence the screams,
To keep out wants, unfair?

It’s when one reaches the finality of what one wants,
That you grapple with the walls of can’ts
Or are they walls or just the boundaries we’ve drawn?
Don’t after the game, they go back to the same box, even the king and the pawn?

The walls show no mercy no love.
But when all one needs, don’t they…
Shoulder a cry, suppress the sigh, keep an unsigned vow?
And too, the questions out of the way
When one has nothing left to say?

Then there are walls, tough as lies,
When hurting your knuckles wouldn’t be wise
But devastate the wall that now stands grown
Just in the way fundamentally built down
Involve the logic, not the trick
You bring them down, brick by brick!

How exemplary can walls built be,
That is high so to keep a thicket turmoil free;
But also adequately short at rest
That allows the breeze, the sunset to nest!

As to building confining walls in the mind,
Let’s build no walls, but bridges that bind.
No wall be too high, to deep, to cold,
When destiny let play and hope to unfold.
Higher than walls are hope we along bring,
For, to hope is after all a very good thing!

They're yours and they're mine.

Heard of speaking silences?
They’ve spoken the tales, the scars
Waking dreams, I’ve smiled
At the lives inextricably intertwined
A roar of resonating mock of laughter,
I’ve laughed,
At a misty future or an unsure dream
For I’m not giving in,
I’m a believer, believer I will be…
I won’t protest, nor lament
Not for yesterdays lost in oblivion,
Not for the words unsaid…
Not for what could have been shall I grieve
For the moments too precious are lived by me, and only
I don’t part, I don’t share.
I don’t wish to define,
Because they’re yours and they’re mine!

Believe. Not!

Here where the ties die too fast
They say, only a fool believes, love will last
While destiny has a weird fashion
Everything withers, men and their passion

Here where dead dreams reign the kingdom
To bind love to last forever, well seldom
What worth is worth of a chained freedom?
Light at the tunnel's end to see
Arrested by hope one shall be!

Here where substance deeply slumber
Two names remain tied not too longer
Love's a fool's errand I wonder!
For happiness sought in wrong spaces to linger.

For all the things said and done,
Though all the hatred, the blood and bone
I look for a perennial bond of passion
In the quest of that uncommon fraction,
Is it a hunt for self-destruction to bend?
Or a voyage embarked for the immortal blend.

Be loved and to love
Perhaps the verdict of the stars above.
To do is your duty, high or low
The receipts shall or shan't follow.

Thus all that accounts
To nothing that counts,
So long as you love...
As long as you love...

No liar!

Of what remains,
I’d gather stones
Of what is left,
I’d build a home
Of all, that still stand by,
I’d bind a family
Out of the dying feelings,
In you, I’d try and find an ally
Of all my ink smeared pages,
I’d feed the hungry fire
Of your silences and sweet deceits,
My pen is not a liar!

Like that, life goes on!

I like this girl that she’s come to become
So full of hatred in her eyes,
Failure, she’ll never be.
For nothing is at stake to lose,
She thought.
Until, she was invited to see,
It wasn't all black and white after all.
Never is.
Love was never on her side
She never found it in her to lament
Stars, she never looks up above for anymore
Certain places, she wouldn’t dare traverse
Some stills, she prays she’ll never stumble upon
One face she will love, with no choice
One truth, she can never change
One wish, that’ll never come true
Questions that’ll stand unanswered
Silence, she won’t bring herself to terms with
But through days she breathes along
And that’s how life goes on!

Dark and Cold.

So,
When the sun has left you
To your plight,
In the darkness to dwell forth;
To some place,
To some part of the world,
He gives all his warmth.

Sometimes,
When you’ve given yourself away,
Into the darkness…
-Choiceless or out of free will
Even  the presence,
Of his warm bright light
Would do no difference.

It’s still a world without the sun-
Dark and Cold.
