So she
smiled at you today,
The smile
that could light up the stadium of your heart,
That you
dint let.
She smiled at you, with those shrilled laughs,
It still echoes,
you know.
You wouldn’t
admit it, she knows.
So as she
lets you play this game,
Of light and
shadow, of hide and seek,
While a part
of her is dying each day
She smiled
at you.
Every time
she did,
She sent a
part of her your way
Which you
gracefully returned
That she
kept safe in her eyes’ diamond drops
So she
smiled, she always does
Sometimes,
for you.
Sometimes,
for the belief in you, that she still believes.
Sometimes,
for the dreams she dreams of you.
Sometimes,
to show she is as happy as you.
But mostly,
because your silence has painted thousand lies,
She knows it
all, she smiles!
I must confess, this is so right-now-ly relate-able to me! :) [Psst .. guy issues :P]
