Defenceless Atheism.

Castles in dust do mix
That once was called a home
Dreams soak a little
In the unmet material possibility
The roads have shed a tear or two
They say, they’d fancy duality
Certain corners have echoed laughs
They seek for eternity
The wind had played havoc then,
Doesn’t it now!
Give my message to your master, shall you?
I shall never believe your sire.
He calls himself the master of lands
And, looks upon us with indifference fierce
As unfair as life charted to be,
Why with the people we love and fear?

I wrote to thee!

On the fogged window I wrote to thee
Of the unspoken words of love's entry
Even when rains wash the scrawled pane
A song, a story, simple and plain
Some fall day you shall see
That my love wasn't a timed story
But as boundless as the ocean
As timeless as eternity be

In my griffonage, I wrote to thee
While lips lie sealed, but eyes whispered for you to see
A muffled smile, damask'd me.
A sunset behind, florets blushed a coral glee
A shadow, the two, a silent walk
An unsigned vow, a quiet promise, and the birds' flock

Grateful heavens, I wrote to thee,
A wordless wish, a dandelion set free
The stare of silence, boundaries a blur
A new moon dawns, unreal azure
Some stills inscribed, a magical composure
Time ticked by to a reassuring closure.

I tore myself away from the place
A treasured fragrance, of him I trace
To keep sake of him from there on,
And to savour by when he was gone
Flanked by trees, some hopeful while
I turned to see, memories smile.

Given to uncertainty, you may never see,
I always will, I wrote to thee!

I barter you with this ink!

This thing that dances,
At the brink of my lips
Sometimes it flashes blatantly in my eyes
Until it’s vanquished, from the hush of my lies
And then it seeks, asking for words,
To melt into lines and embrace my voice,
But, the only distance they could travel was a blank sheet…

I apportion you with this paper,
I barter you with this ink

And, all there is and all there will be,
All the bottled wishes and engraved memories,
All that I know, all that I feel,
Every letter silenced with fright,
The world of words that I cannot summon
The lines that found refuge, in hiding
And the carriage of it has sought anonymity

I apportion you with this paper,
I barter you with this ink,

Do not call me a coward,
To have chosen inscription over voice,
For, voice can be buried beneath ignorance,
Or shushed by a lethal rejection,
Or be hushed by cacophony.
While to indite, is forever beyond
To ink, is to bestay for infinity!

So I apportion you with this paper,
I barter you with this ink!

Replaced!

Nightmares replace dreams,
Loss substitutes for love,
Yours isn't yours, never was.
The dispute perhaps is, denial.
The winter snubs summer in the end,
The flowers are to freeze and wither,
We will meet again at the fate’s gate with no choice
Everything in the living world- Is Replaceable. Everybody!
The world’s a comedy, a dark comedy
You are its muse!

All I did was stood in silence!

The midnight dressed a shameful black,
When the little girl, chased and attacked
The hideous men that feasted on her
Her tiny eyes, lost in a blur
The little pink frock shred and slit
Her pale body, used, reused and quit.
Was it a rife, violated innocence
While all I did was stood in silence.

A country wed to corruption,
With no hope of redemption,
A land I called my own,
Only in words and flown
Nature and her children, in pollution drown
As routine as night and day, lives are burnt or blown
A motherland soaked in violence
While all I did was stood in silence

They were young, they we smitten
By the love bug they were bitten,
They belonged to different worlds, people hurled
And so were they hunt down, found in a blood whirl
With confidence I’d write of love, its power and presence
But all I did was stood in silence

Roads were a home, pavements the bed
With ten coins, their little tummies they’d fed
Then they wished another day never dawned
For, survival was a hope long withdrawn
They lived in scant, I frowned even in abundance
Cause, all I did was stood in silence

To someone, the world was a burial ground
To someone, life is a terrifying hound,
To someone, home is a word unknown
To someone only family is lone
To someone, food is that is thrown
To someone, God has been just a stone

What do I care of, absence or presence!
For all I did was stood in silence…

Let me be!

Every time the chase knocked a dead end,
A little window did open
Confiding in it to renew hope
Broken spirits I did attend

Now no window, nor door obliges
Only the towering walls that resonate
When one not can, forge and undo
The love ,the feelings- the damage’s done!

And in disguise two options destiny confers
To vault into the seas by choice, by will
Or to dance on the deck of a burning ship
Either which way, vanquish rightfully I own

I’ve sailed too far now to anchor a turn
To do away with pain, to make amends
Washed away in blood and in rain
So much that I feel pleasure in pain

Either which way, I belong in the sea...
Not do I need your help, so let me be!

And, there by hangs a tale!

To the stars did prayers reach, of the life undone
In the times she pushed, with silence alone
Being denied of what she rightfully owned
A name, a tale, a mark shall unfailingly hound

In darkness was her quest for light
With destiny and desires, too small a plight
In storms did she seek peace
In the hope that rains shall ease
She numbered heart beats in his wait
The path that led to the closed gate

With a life of dreams, too filled for a space
For her, layered diplomacy a sweet grace
He denied, dismissed, set her heart ablaze
She fled, in the routes unknown, into a maze

Harboured a heart, hurt beyond repair
Wicked schemes did mortality prepare
With reality could she make amends?
Of happiness, love, hope pretence

Seemed a storm raised in his heart too
Set to follow his heart or any clue
In her griffonage, he did see,
She could play with destiny by setting him free

To announce his love, he did reach
To swing her in his arms he did reach
But love concealed, be love belied
The love adjourned, be love denied

Nothing left to last forever
Death's mortal hands were clever
Her wait were to end for final
She slept a sleep eternal

His routes took too long a time
None could awaken, nor love nor hymn
She lay pale and cold,
Silent lips, confessions untold

In confidence he had denied of love
Now he begs, to the one above
To love he did surrender
But dead shall rise up never

The feelings too late to unfold
The love remained a story untold.
Her love, he'd never know
His love, he could never show

And in veil, there by hangs a tale!

PS Tell your loved ones you love them before it's too late! :)
